However, the difference is:

no user has been removed.

If the h5p content is added by an admin to a content bank,

then placed in a course within a book,

then no error when switching to a student's role.

Looks like the type of h5p content doesn't matter.

Cannot find the pattern of this error, any factors which would made it reproducible.
