Currently, you cannot define a scale for the different levels when setting up a rubric. When grading a student, the maximum number of marks is assigned for that level.

However, some rubrics require levels to be defined as, e.g.:

      • Excellent: 90 - 100
      • Good: 80 - 89
      • Satisfactory: 70 - 79
      • Needs improvement: 60 - 69
      • Unsatisfactory: < 60

It would be useful to have a tick box/different grading method that allows the person setting up the rubric to define whether scales are used (so a point within the range can be awarded) or whether the maximum number of points for that level should always be awarded.
