The navigation block in Classic shows deleted subsections before the cron job runs. It also allows access to the activities and the deleted subsection.

Steps to reproduce

1. Use Classic theme.
2. Go to course page as an admin or teacher.
3. Create a new Subsection into the General section.
4. Create several activities in the Subsection.
5. Reload the page.
6. Delete the new subsection.
7. Reload the page and go to the Course page.
8. Confirm you can see the deleted subsection in the Navigation on block. Also you can navigate to the subsection and the activities included in the subsection.
9. Expected result: you can not see the subsection into the Navigation block.

Once the cron has been executed you can not see the subsection and you can not access to the activities but at least you should see the subsection in the Navigation block once the subsection has been removed or mark as a deleted and the cron is not executed yet.
