- As trainer, in a course with a question bank containing several categories, go to More → Question bank → Categories.
- Click the ellipsis menu.
- Verify "Delete" is the last entry.

In the action menu in the revamped question bank → question category UI, after the "Delete" action, the "Export as Moodle XML" action follows.
The "Delete" should be last, though.
TO REPRODUCE:
In a question bank with categories, click the ellipsis menu.
WHAT YOU EXPECT: "Delete" is last, and in red.
WHAT ACTUALLY HAPPENS: There is the entry "Export as Moodle XML" last.
