This request is for the ability to navigate to the homepage instead of back to the user profile page after accepting site policies.

Whilst the request came from a MWP site, it would be a MDL improvement.

✨ Details
I created a manual account, assigned the account to the correct tenant, then logged into the base address in an incognito window. When I logged in: * I was correctly taken into the Tenants Moodle User Profile page to complete the mandatory fields,

• I submitted that page,
• then I was correctly taken to the site policies page,
• I submitted that page,
• but then I was taken to the ‘Preferences’ page (see attached screenshot).
  • I expected to be taken to the ‘Home’ page.

As a... user, after submitting site policies page
I want to... be taken to the homepage rather than the profile page 
So that... I have a better user journey than present.
