Broken Audio and Video in Text and Media area of Feedback activity

      Steps to Test:

      1. Login to Moodle:
        • Log in to your Moodle instance with an account that has permissions to create and manage Feedback activities.
      2. Navigate to a Course:
        • Go to a course where you have permissions to add activities.
      3. Add a Feedback Activity:
        • Click on "Add an activity or resource".
        • Select "Feedback" from the list of activities.
        • Click "Add".
      4. Configure the Feedback Activity:
        • Provide a name for the Feedback activity.
        • Click "Save and display".
      5. Add a Text and Media Area Item:
        • In the Feedback activity, click on "Edit questions".
        • Click on "Add question".
        • Select "Text and Media area".
        • Click "Add selected question type".
      6. Embed Audio and Video Files:
        • In the content area, use the editor to embed an audio file from your computer (e.g., using the "Insert media" button).
        • Repeat the process to embed a video file from your computer (you could also used the attached .mp4 file)
        • Click "Save question".
      7. Preview the Feedback Activity:
        • Click on "Preview" to ensure that the audio and video files are displayed correctly.
        • Confirm that both the audio and video files are visible and playable in the preview.
      8. Save the Feedback Activity:
        • Click "Save changes" to save the Feedback activity.
      9. View the Saved Feedback Activity:
        • Navigate back to the course and click on the saved Feedback activity.
        • Confirm that both the audio and video files are still visible and playable in the saved Feedback activity.

      Expected Results:

      The embedded audio and video files should remain visible and playable both in the preview and after saving the Feedback activity.

      Notes:

      • If the audio or video files disappear after saving, the bug is still present.
      • If the audio and video files remain visible and playable, the bug has been successfully fixed.

      Description:

      When embedding audio or video files in the "Text and Media area" of the Feedback activity in Moodle, the media files appear correctly in the preview. However, after saving the changes, the audio or video files disappear from the view.

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Navigate to the Feedback activity in Moodle.
      2. Add a new item and select "Text and Media area".
      3. Embed an audio or video file in the content area.
      4. Preview the content to confirm that the audio or video file is displayed correctly.
      5. Save the changes.
      6. View the saved Feedback activity and observe that the audio or video file is no longer visible.

      Expected Behaviour:

      The embedded audio or video file should remain visible and playable after saving the Feedback activity.

      Actual Behaviour:

      The embedded audio or video file disappears from the view (even though it is still there in the HTML) after saving the Feedback activity.

      Additional Information:

      This issue affects the usability of the Feedback activity, as it prevents users from incorporating multimedia content effectively. It would be beneficial to have this issue resolved promptly to ensure a seamless experience for educators and students.
