Please add to Epic MDL-82929.

Current state is all date fields are displayed in Day of the week, day Month year, time.

This date format cannot currently be changed or converted after download using standard Excel option to the users' preferences. 

Much like most fields have aggregation options or calculating options. Date/Time fields should have a dropdown list with the most standard date/time options.

Month Day Year

MM/DD/YYYY HH:MM AM/PM

MM/DD/YYYY HH:MM (24-hour clock)

etc.
