With the most recent version of the LMS, we have ran into an issue with a flow that our special education faculty group relies on. Our special education teachers interact with a number of courses that they are not the direct teacher of but help facilitate their students to be a part of. In previous versions, these teachers were able to to go into the courses that their students take part in, navigate to the User Report and View as User without any permissions issues. The most recent update now gives these teachers permissions issues. We reached out to Open LMS' support team and they recommended we bring this to Moodle's direct attention as they see everything as working currently. Here is a description of the use case from one of our staff: "We have SPED teachers who need to go into students' courses where they are not the teachers, and we cannot add them to every single group in all of our courses so that they can view their grade book as students. Can you reach out to OpenLMS to fix this? It works for students on their end; we just need it to work for teachers when viewing their grade book as users. "
