      1. Create a course with five sections and five activities in each section (you can use the Site administration > Development > Make a test course > S to give you a head start)
      2. Go to the course and collapse the third section in the course index.
      3. Scroll the page to the position where the third activity of the third section is at the top of the page.
      4. Ensure: because the third section is collapsed and the third activity is inside, the highlighted element should be the third section.
      5. Now scroll at the top of the course

      For 4.5 (and subsections)

      1. Enable the Subsection module
      2. Go to Course S created previously
      3. Create a subsection in section 1
      4. Add 5 activities in subsection 1 (you can duplicate the activities using bulk duplicate and then move them to the subsection)
      5. Collapse section 1 in the course index and leave section 1 and subsection 1 expanded (in the course content)
      6. Scroll down on the page
      7. Ensure that the section 1 stay highlighted until the top of the screen is around the location of the next section (behaviour before the fix is that the highlight was simply disappearing)

Since MDL-81510, scrolling the page does not correctly highlight the correct element in the course index correctly when the section is collapsed.

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Create a course with five sections and five activities in each section.
      2. Go to the course and collapse the third section in the course index.
      3. Scroll the page to the position where the third activity of the third section is at the top of the page.
      4. Expected: because the third section is collapsed and the third activity is inside, the highlighted element should be the third section.
      5. What happens: no element is highlighted in the course index.

For 4.5 and above it is also important to test it with subsections.
