      Description

There seems to be some weird capability caching issues after a user changes their password (having been forced to on first logon).

For a very quick example, create a user and force a password change on logon, assign that user admin rights to change site config.

When that user logs on for the first time they change their password but dont have rights to see the admin block. If they logoff and on again they will, if this is by design shouldn't we force the user to logon and off again?
