When a section or subsection in the course index doesn't contain any content, the chevron to expand/collapse is still displayed next to its name.

The chevron should be hidden for empty sections and subsections, as clicking it will not reveal any content.

The idea is how to improve this situation adding a new icon or a new way to describe that this section or subsection is empty.
