PHPSpreadsheet seems to be used exclusively for exporting grades in XLS/ODS (via Excellib), whereas OpenSpout is used for data formats. As both offer a similar functionality (reading and writing spreadsheet files) IMHO it would make sense to reduce the number of external libs to one and stick with OpenSpout only
