My courses cards three dots container overlaps the layout in classic theme

      Setup

      1. Make sure you have 3 or more courses
      2. Star, at least, 3 courses from the My courses page
      3. Go to Dashboard and add the Starred courses block in the content region (so not in the block drawer but in the main page content)
      4. Create an assignment activity in one of the courses
      5. Go to "Completion conditions" section in create assignment page
      6. Select "Students must manually mark the activity as done"
      7. Save the activity
      8. Still in the same course, go to Settings page
      9. In "Completion tracking" section make sure all set to "Yes" and save the settings
      10. Now mark the assignment as done so the progress would be "100% complete"

      Testing scenario 1: My courses

      1. Enable classic them in Site admin > Appearance > Themes
      2. Go to "My courses" page
      3. Reduce the width to ~1093px
      4. Verify that the course three dots container does not overlap like the following SS
      5. Change the window size to any smaller sizes
      6. Verify that the course three dots container does not overlap like the following SS
      7. Switch back to Boost theme in Site admin > Appearance > Themes
      8. Repeat the steps from #2

      Testing scenario 2: Starred courses

      1. Go to the Dashboard
      2. Resize the window to different sizes (e.g., small, medium, large)  and verify that the number of courses displayed per row decreases as the window size becomes smaller.

      When viewing the "My courses" page on classic theme, If you reduce the screen size to 1093 x 945 the 3 dots container can overlap the page layout:
