Setup
- Login as Administrator
- Go to Site Administration > Advanced features and enable "enablemobilewebservice" setting
- Go to Site Administration >Users > Privacy and policies > Policy settings and set "sitepolicyhandler" to "Policies (tool_policy)"
- Go to Site Administration > Users > Privacy and policies > Manage policies click New Policy and add a new policy. Make sure the status is "active".
Test (Classic and Boost)
- Go to Dashboard page
- Click on the footer button ("?")
- Confirm that "Policies" and "Get the mobile app" are displayed in different lines

HQ 2024 Sprint I3.3 Moppies
There is no space between "Policies" and "Get the mobile app" link in theme footer.
This happens both in Boost and Classic themes.
To reproduce:
- Add a new policy (Site admin > Users >Manage policies)
- Enable mobile services.
I see it happening in latest 4.5dev and 4.4.2 versions.
