Many letter headings for one letter when words alternate between accent and not.

My glossary is in french and some word begin with an accent and other doesn't so every time the glossary run into an accent it create a different heading for the letter.

It should only consider the letter with no accent as the heading.

In glossary view.php file we may consider filtering the first letter output for the heading and change it to the no accent letter to make sure there is no toggle between accent and no accent character.
