List of Site badges not shown to user on Moodle 4.4 (works fine on 4.3)

      I noticed that the list of site badges (inc. issued & non-issued) is not showing to my user on a Moodle 4.4 site (/badges/view.php?type=1) however it works fine on Moodle 4.3, can you advise?
