Multiple problems with new "SMS gateway" plugin type

      1. Log in as admin
      2. Navigate to Plugins > Plugin overview in site administration
      3. Confirm you see a SMS gateways plugin type listed
      4. Press the Settings link next to SMS gateways
      5. Confirm it takes you to the SMS gateways management page
      6. Press back in your browser
      7. Confirm the AWS plugin is not listed as "Additional"
