Create a course and access the question bank Categories screen. Create 2 new categories, "C1" and "C2". Click the action menu in "C1", and click on the "Move" text of the "Move" action (Refer attached screenshot for the location). Confirm that the move dialogue is displayed, with the heading "Move C1", and no option to move the category before, after or as a child of itself. Before fix the dialogue heading read "Move {$a}" and included options to move the category before, after or as a child of itself. Click one of the available move targets. Confirm that the category is moved to the specified location. Before fix and error is displayed with the message "Invalid parameter value detected"
