Problem: When using an iOS device and Safari (non-app), the full screen button for H5P interactive videos does not work (is cut off entirely). When the device is rotated, the full screen button does not function at all.

Reproduction Steps: To reproduce this issue, with an iOS device, open Safari and visit a course where there is an H5P interactive video linked from the content bank in an H5P activity type. Look at the video horizontally and vertically (rotate your device).

What we tested:

• We compared Android functionality and could not reproduce this on Android.
• We tested this on a vanilla site, 4.3, and same behavior occurred.

Information We Looked for:

• If this was previously reported (not that we could find)
• If this was reported to H5P directly (not that we could find)

We acknowledge it is difficult to know if this is a Moodle problem or an H5P problem. Please advise accordingly if we need to inform H5P.
