Submit button remains disabled after Excel file download

      You can call manually \core_form\util::form_download_complete(); before sending Excel file.

      Setup 1:

      1. create an empty course

      Test 1:

      1. go to grades tab
      2. in the dropdown menu grader report, select export
      3. in the dropdown menu export as, select Excel spreadsheet
      4. click on download button at the bottom right of the page
      5. accept or cancel the download
      6. ensure that the download button is not disabled
      7. press again the download button

      Test 2:

      1. download this file at the root of your Moodle instance
      2. go to the url https://<your_moodle>/test_excel.php
      3. click on Export XLS button
      4. accept or cancel the download
      5. ensure that the download button is not disabled
      6. press again the download button

      When you create a form that generates an Excel file, the submit button remains disabled.

      You have to reload the page if you want to download again the Excel file.
