Remove unused code from login/token.php

      In MOBILE-3860, for version 4.0 of the app, we removed the login/token.php checks that were performed to evaluate if the site was mobile ready, hence, it is not necessary to still have the following code as there should not be any app or branded app based on a < version 4.0 app base code:
