In the participants' page, when going to the "2" page (from "1" page), the page reloads and shows the footer. When the "1" page is clicked (from "2" page), the page reloads and shows the middle of the page.

Replication

Browser screen size: 1143 x 531 (it is easier to replicate using this screen size)
1. Create a course.
2. Enroll 30+ students.
3. Go to the Participants page.
4. Scroll down just to the point where the buttons 1 and 2 are visible at the bottom of the screen. Refer to the screenshot.
5. Click the "2" button.
RESULT: The page will scroll down and reload but showing the entire bottom / footer
6. Do not navigate away,scroll up until the buttons 1 and 2 are visible again at the bottom of the screen. Refer to the screenshot.
7. Now click "1" button.
RESULT: The page will reload, but this time showing the middle of the page. Refer to the screenshot
