Install the Multitopic format plugin branch mdl-83690_test ( https://github.com/james-cnz/moodle-format_multitopic/tree/mdl-83690_test). Reduce setting Site admin > Development > Debug messages to NORMAL, to avoid warnings. Create a new Multitopic format course. As teacher, enable edit mode in that course. Add a new page.  (At the top of the page, in the tabs, click the "+".) Add a new topic within the page.  (At the bottom of the page, click "+ Add topic".) Add a new text and media area within the topic. Return to the General section. Verify the link to the text and media area in the course index does not contain & amp ; or multiple anchors.
