In a quiz, if the option "Appearance" → "Show the user's picture" is set to "Small image" or "Large image" (and not "No image"), participants can be sending themselves outside the quiz in secure layout by clicking their profile image.

There are other examples where the user picture does not link anywhere: in choice activity, when non-anonymized results are shown, user name and pictures are displayed, but the images are not linked.
