Not sure if this should be a bug or improvement:

When creating or managing badges, it is possible to modify the expiry date using the calendar icon, even when the "Fixed date" option is not selected.

Steps to replicate:

1. Go to https://sandbox.moodledemo.net/badges/edit.php?action=new
2. Under the Badge Expiry section, select an option other than fixed date
3. Then attempt to modify the date by clicking on the calendar icon

Observed: The fixed date is still configurable when not selected

Expected: The fixed date should not be configurable at all if that option is not selected. the calendar icon when clicked should do nothing.
