System notification navbar popover is misplaced in Moodle 4.4 and 4.5

      Steps to reproduce:

      • Login to a 4.4 or 4.5 Moodle
      • Open the system notification popover in the navbar

      Expected result:

      • The upward-pointing arrow of the popover should be aligned with the popover itself

      Actual result:

      • There is a gap between the arrow and the popover

      Note:

      • This seems to happen on Moodle 4.4 and 4.5, but not on 4.3 - at least in my quick tests.
