A student reviewed the Moodle App indicating:
(..)It sends notifications of ALL ACTIVITIES. This app is a plague on my life, even the activities I do and send on time, it sends me a notification as if I hadn't done it. (..)

Notifications come from Moodle LMS, so I am opening an MDL issue.

I think it will be a good idea to take into account that if a student has already done an activity (completed and passed a quiz, submitted an assignment, ..), they might not want to receive notifications about that activity.
