The aim of this task is to create a UX design for the asset processor placements in Moodle.

The design work required from Moodle HQ involves the following tasks:

      Assignments, Quizzes, and Forums

      Settings Page Placement

      • Identify the appropriate location for Asset Processor settings within the activity settings page.
      • Review and refine strings to ensure consistency across all activity types.
      • Create Figma prototypes to outline the settings layout for each activity type.

      Placement Guidance

Provide clear guidance on how and where the results from the Asset Processor will appear for each activity. These placements may include the following elements:

      • Indicator Icon/Square
        • A visual indicator consisting of a colour and a string, as defined by the tool. (See slide 8 in the design proposal for an example).
      • Submission ID String (where applicable)
        • Display a submission ID in certain locations.
      • Deep Linking Element
        • A link or element that directs to a detailed report or related content. This could be the icon itself or a separate clickable element.

Additionally, determine where these elements will appear in the UI and define which are visible to instructors (immediate scope) and which will later be visible to students.
