Similar to MDL-66774 - Country names are out of date.

Not 100% sure how these standards are numbered, but country names in Moodle, copied from ISO 3166-1 appear to have fallen out of date and need updating to bring it back inline with the ISO 3166-1 standard.

• Log in to Moodle as the admin or a teacher or a student
• Go to your profile page
• Click "Edit profile"
• TEST - Confirm that the "Select a country" contains "Türkiye" instead of  "Turkey" as a country.
