Global search loses user filters when paginating

    • MOODLE_401_STABLE, MOODLE_405_STABLE

      1. Configure global search using an engine which supports user filter, eg solr
      2. Search for a term which finds many pages of content
      3. Add a user filter which also find more than one page of content
      4. Click on the pagination numbers
      5. The main search terms and filters are kept but the user filter is dropped
