I am performing Moodle and Quizizz LTI integration. I have checked with the Quizizz side, all of the settings are correct but we still cannot integrate them.

The name and role provisioning details are not being received on Moodle's end, hence we are not able to roster the students

The jwt we're receiving in the moodle callback, the names and rostering field (https://purl.imsglobal.org/spec/lti-nrps/claim/namesroleservice) is missing.
All LTI Settings are enabled as you can see on the screenshot attached to the email.
