indent weight & max grade columns in gradebook setup

      Howdy,

      Would you be willing to bring back the indent for the weight and max grade columns? It is unnecessarily challenging to teachers trying to calculate weights when all the weight boxes are aligned, even inside categories and subcategories. In previous versions, the visual indentation helped trememdously. Thank you for considering!
