Navigate to Competencies > Competency frameworks in site administration

Add a new competency framework

Press Add new competency framework

Press Configure scales

Confirm presence of Save button, which is styles as a primary button and to the right of the dialogue

Edit the form (toggle the radio/checkboxes) and press Save

Press Configure scales again

Confirm the same radio/checkboxes are checked as previous

Create a competency
Configure scales
See the following:
Try to guess what the difference between "Close" and "Cancel" buttons is
Guess the wrong one 50% of the time
Curse the day you ever tried to use competencies

The primary action should be to save the dialogue (currently labelled "Close") - the styling and language should be updated to reflect that

  - Download All
