While adding the new number customfield type in ~~MDL-80858~~ I had some changes stashed for ensuring the field was covered in reportbuilder testcases, but unfortunately never had time to clean them up and include in that issue

I'll clean up those tests now and attach to this issue. We need to get coverage of all current customfield types in reporting, before re-factoring how those fields return report data in MDL-80941
