Navigate to Plugins > Activity modules > Manage activities in site administration

Enable BigBlueButton

Press Settings for BigBlueButton

Press the link to obtain some demo credentials

Copy the URL and Secret fields to the plugin configuration page and save

Navigate to Plugins > Activity modules > BigBlueButton in site administration

Upload a file to Default presentation file and save changes

Create a user

Create a course

Enrol user in course as student

Add a BigBlueButton activity to the course

View the activity

Under Presentation file press the file you set as default previously

Confirm you can download the file

Log out

Log in as test user

Navigate to course BigBlueButton activity

Under Presentation file press the file you set as default previously

Confirm you can download the file

The presentation file uploaded in mod_bigbluebuttonbn | presentationdefault is shown to users on the activity page:

But when the user clicks on it, it is not accessible:

The admin can click on the file just fine and access it.
