How to reproduce

1. As a teacher create a quiz with at least one question
2. In the quiz settings, require Safe Exam Browser and activate the SEB download button (for testing reasons).
3. As a student, attempt the quiz via Safe Exam Browser and check, if you can see the quiz name before (on the page where you enter the password), during and after the quiz attempt (directly after you handed in your exam).

Result

Quiz name is visible before the start of the exam (on the page where the student enters the password and clicks "attempt quiz now" and after the attempt has been handed in. During the quiz attempt quiz name is not visible.

Expected behaviour

When using Safe Exam Browser (secure layout) quiz name is displayed during the entire quiz duration.
