If in a text area with the tiny mce editor a text is entered with a paragraph, this is not displayed properly.

As a User I want to be sure that the text on the course page/activity page appears the same as in the edit settings view. 

Tested on own site (4.3.9), Sandbox 4.4 and 4.5 as teacher in chrome and edge
