Improve the look&feel of the % symbol in Restriction access

      When setting up restriction access using the Course total grade, the percentage (%) is currently displayed over the grade box:

      To improve this, the percentage should be displayed properly next to or above the grade box. Additionally, the grade field size should be reduced for better readability and ease of use:
