      Description

The problem being I've set up the repository and placed the NLN materials in there. I've deployed the materials and I can choose them to add them as a resource. But when I view the material through moodle I get the links appear on the left hand side of the page and when I click them I used to get page cannot be displayed in the viewing box. But now I get Not found for some reason. I've posted this problem in one of the forums but nobody has any answers, but another person is having the same issue.

I too am having the exact same problem.
Stats: Microsoft 2003 Server, PHP 5.2.0RC5, MySQL 5.0.22, Moodle 1.7.1+

In Firefox 2 I get the same problem but whilst IE only reports 'File not Found' Firefox reports: document.getElementById('ims-containerdiv') has no properties in type/imi/resize.js

I suspect that this is not only a 1.5.4, 1.6.4, 1.7.1+ but goes on upward into 1.8.

I Request that the prority is upgraded from Minor please are all NLN users will get fed up and revert back to NLN Object that worked really well.

I think it's all down to how many people find it an issue and vote. Just as a matter of interest just how many folk out there are using IMS for NLN or have they given up and stayed with the Activity OBJECT for NLN. I think all those who have raised a point in the forums on this subject should be encouraged to vote otherwise I think it will fade into the sunset and be a IMS NLN white elephant happily being carried along into version 2 still not working correctly. What we need is for some kind person to take pity and solve the issue for us.

        Hi!

could you please attach some sample package and describe exact steps to reproduce.
Also I would need to know is the problem appears with different packages/repository, etc == if it is broken for all content.

Files are stored on the c: drive in the ims_repository folder These files were copied across from the older IMS version using moodledata/1/1 all unzipped in the correct folders with the correct xml files.
Using depoly accepts all the files without error and all NLN files are displayed with the options to choose or preview.
Previewing brings up a not found error in IE as it does with Firefox 2. This is for all the content.

#/Science and Mathematics/Mathematics/act_RB14_Calculator this is the path picked up by breadcrumb and inserted into the path input box. The result from this is 'file not found'.

the complete url for the file is:
        http://moodle.bridgend.ac.uk/moodle/mod/resource/view.php?id=6452

        I hope this is helpful.

This is the zipped version of the nln. I put it in the IMS repository and unzipped it. I then went to add IMS package in the resource menu. I then browsed the repostitory, deployed the NLN material and then chose it and saved it. I got "Not Found
The requested URL /ims_repository/epic1_AA_Acting on Findings, Level 2/frameset_1.html was not found on this server." Hope this helps.
        Kind regards
        Sam

The object zip contains two NLN Objects in the repository done as examples. These don't function either and give the smme error report.
