Resize text issue on the notifications popover

      From the audit results:

      Notifications at the end of the list and the "See all" link in the Notification dropdown is cut off when zoomed to 200%

      Impact on users:

      • Users with low vision often increase the text size of content to read it. When the content becomes unreadable, users miss information.

      Guidelines affected:

      • SC 1.4.4 Resize Text (AA)

      Recommendation:

      • Ensure text can be resized and all the content scales uniformly
