When using users as a profile source, I don't appear to aggregate users against one of the profile fields.
We have a custom profile field listing brands associated with the users. - I can't share the details specifically but for an example
200 users with brand X
300 users with Brand Y
100 users with brand Z
With brand entered in our first column, and users in the second. I believe per the docs here http://docs.moodle.org/405/en/Report_builder#Aggregation_and_Grouping I should be able to see one entry for each brand and the count users with a simple count aggregation on the users and not on the brand profile field column. This doesn't work however. No matter what I do, and I've tried all possible combinations, I get the attached.
I've also tried aggregation on the brands profile field, but the best I can get is a count of how many brands I have
In the screenshot I've had to hide the brand (privaledged info) but every one is identical in the shot. APparently the same report used to work just fine prior to upgrading the site to 4.5.3
