Description
There are a number of broken links in the help/index.htm (and the included index.htm files for a number of modules). The attached patch has been committed to HEAD and 1.8 stable branches, but I'm not sure how many previous versions it might also apply to (so I've selected all prior to 1.8 for now, because some-one will need to check them all 
There are a couple of issues which I was unable to resolve, because a complete search of the code base couldn't find an obviously relevant existing help file:
- Quiz -

- Workshop -
