Search forums form: date checkboxes lose their checked status if no posts are found

While one search is performed using the forum search page, if no posts are found, user is returned to the search form with latest criteria automatically filled.

If the search included dates, such dates are properly filled but disabled (i.e. the check boxes aren't checked).
