glossary pages break xhtml strict

      Description

      Open the page of the glossary you prefer inside a course
      and check the code validity with w3c validator.
      The page can't pass the test because, for istance, has the attribute target inside tag <a>.
      I know this is matter of user customization but, at least, a "strict" layout should be provided.
      Why not all layouts compliant with strict DTD?
