      Description

The bootstrap method of the mnet_peer object should check for and remove any trailing slash from the wwwroot config variable, but the substr call was faulty, causing trailing slashes to be ignored.

This fix may break networking functionality for people who already have it configured. In this case they should edit the wwwroot field in their mnet_host table to remove the trailing slash.

This is fixed with a commit I made today, but note the caveat above. The fix may break networking for some users!
