apache_child_terminate disabled but still being called

      Description

      In moodle_request_shutdown(), i'm getting warnings about apache_child_terminate being disabled.

      I think this might be a bug in php, as I thought the function_exists call should catch this.. I'm also intruiged as to where in my php configuration that this function is disabled
