Description

Every Moodle module, view.php page can be invoked by:

1- view.php?id=coursemoduleid
2- view.php?moduleinitial=moduleownid

This type of links within a course are automatically, encoded/decoded by backup/restore.

It seems that the 2nd. method above isn't handled at all. One new RESOURCEVIEWBYR will be added.
