Apostrophe issues on table format. It seems to be doubling the apostrophe everytime a save is performed.

    Description

      Apostrophe issues on table format. It seems to be doubling the apostrophe everytime a save is performed. The issue also do not seem to be consistent as it works on some table but not on others. Attached is the sample htm for where the problem happen and where it is on and our PHP settings.
