fixing component, confirming this as still being an issue but will be resolved when feedback/questionnaire/survey mod all get merged so unlikely anyone will spend time on it

        Hi Dan,

I tested this issue on 22,23 and master, the label for submit button is available when JS is disabled.

Could you re-confirm whether this issue still valid?

        Thanks
        Rosie

As discussed with Dan through Jabber, the survey module will be merge and if this issue re-exist it will be fixed through the merging process.

Currently the label for survey button is available with JS disable.
