Description
(1) As a teacher in a course, verify that either the default news forum or an other activity is present in the top section 0.
(2) Verify you see the link "General" in the navigation block.
(3) Turn on the editing and move the news forum (or other activity) down into a different course section.
(4) Refresh the course page.
(5) Verify that the link "General" in the navigation block no longer appears.
